As all products are made to order, we do not accept returns.
Refunds
Refunds are only eligible in cases where the item is confirmed to be damaged, upon delivery. All refund requests are subject to review and verification. Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Refunds will not be granted for:

Damages & Issues
We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours and include photos of the issue. This allows us to assess the situation promptly and determine the appropriate resolution.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
Because each item is produced specifically for you, we are unable to change sizes, colors, or design selections once an order is placed.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
All products offered in our store are made to order. Under EU consumer protection law, customized and made-to-order items are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal.
Therefore, these items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
